An open call to share your voice, accompanied by guitars, drums, shakers, flutes, bells, whistles, finger snaps, claps, raps and laughs. Bring a snack to share if you feel inclined!

6:00-6:30: Connect with the spirit of music and warm up your voice with group study of 1-2 traditional songs from healing ceremonies around the world.

6:30-7:30: Open circle to share an original or inspired cover. Gain confidence or receive optional feedback while playing in a small group setting.

7:30-8:00pm Recap a song taught in previous weeks to embody the sound and encourage practice throughout the week.

Note: This is an inclusive circle open to all aspiring or established musicians welcoming all types of music, though often centered on learning traditional ceremony/medicine songs from cultures around the world. We believe music can be medicine for the body and soul.
